About Me

Kim began her real estate career in Pennsylvania in 1974 when she received her Salesman license, and along side her father, they were the top real estate office in the area! In 1980 Kim received her Brokers license and became the office manager! In 1988 Kim, relocated to Fremont, Ohio where she received her Brokers license for the state of Ohio! From 1988 thru 2012 Kim has been one of the top listing and sales agents in all of Northwest Ohio. Kim has won awards at the national level being recognized at the National Association of Realtors yearly convention, as well as the Ohio Association of Realtors yearly convention! Kim has been a consistent member of the OAR President's Sales Club! 1989-1993 Award of Achievement, 1994-2019 Award of Distinction! Kim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Firelands Association of Realtors, Toledo Board of Realtors.    Kim was asked to join the Fremont/Port Clinton Business Leaders Round Table! Kim is also the past President of the Sandusky County Board of Realtors!

In her spare time Kim likes to volunteer with the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Awareness. Kim is also an avid lover of animals, especially dogs. Kim  rescued a golden retriever named Emily, and an Australian Shepard named Milo! Kim and her family also love to travel especially to the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area where she has been vacationing since the 1980's. Friends and family are a major priority to her and she feels without them she would not be where she is today.
